FULL TRACEABILITY

Process Control

In-house management of the entire production cycle — from the selection of certified raw materials to final testing of the finished product — ensures complete control over every process.
Each batch is identified and traceable.
Each operation is monitored.
Each structure is verified.
In our in-house laboratory, we assess process stability, performance repeatability, and ongoing compliance with applicable standards.

VERIFIED STANDARDS

Testing and Technical Verification

In our laboratory, we perform all necessary tests to ensure maximum quality and long-term structural integrity:

  • Mechanical testing of materials (yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, impact resistance)
  • Chemical analysis to verify steel composition
  • Non-destructive testing (NDT) of welds: Visual (VT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Ultrasonic (UT), and, where required, Radiographic (RT) testing
  • Dimensional and visual inspections of finished and semi-finished components

Welding operations are performed by qualified personnel in accordance with ISO 9606, using certified procedures (WPQR) compliant with ISO 15614. Periodic inspections are conducted to ensure long-term structural reliability.
